Assist with ERP implementation
Responsible for monthly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet reconciliations
Handle billing, AR, and AP
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate from a college or university with a major in Accounting or Finance
GAAP knowledge required
MS Word, Excel (pivot table, formulas) and teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across depts, clients and vendors
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
