Engage in consultative conversations with clients' travelers for travel reservations
Arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate clients
Advise travelers on international travel requirements
Maintain and foster relationships with clients
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient in Apollo and/or Sabre
Experience in engaging consultative conversations with clients
Understanding of client travel policy, guidelines, and procedures
Knowledge of international travel requirements (passport, visa, inoculations)
Ability to work under pressure during emergencies and poor weather conditions
Must maintain high competency in operating the global distribution system (GDS)
