Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Environment Artist in the video game industry, with a strong portfolio or shipped titles.
Strong proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Blender, Substance Painter/Designer, and Photoshop.
Proven expertise in Unreal Engine 5, including landscape tools, material editing, lighting, and level optimization.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Deep understanding of modular environment creation, scene composition, and real-time performance considerations.
Proven experience building real-world structures recreated at true-to-life scale, optimized for gameplay and visual fidelity.
A strong eye for composition, scale, and visual storytelling through environment design.
Experience collaborating across disciplines to achieve both artistic and technical goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to both give and receive feedback constructively.
