Support the design, structuring and institutionalization of CF and RBF mechanisms
Engage effectively with a range of financing partners
Provide technical advisory and implementation support across the financing value chain
Develop deliverables aligned with the NGF implementation plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced university degree in business administration, financial management, economics, or international development
Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in health financing, development finance, or investment banking
Proven track record in structuring multi-million health financing projects and initiatives across Africa and beyond
Ability to prepare Board-facing materials, donor briefs, and operate within multilateral governance frameworks
Strong project management skills
Expert knowledge of English
