About the role
- Support the design, structuring and institutionalization of CF and RBF mechanisms
- Engage effectively with a range of financing partners
- Provide technical advisory and implementation support across the financing value chain
- Develop deliverables aligned with the NGF implementation plan
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, financial management, economics, or international development
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in health financing, development finance, or investment banking
- Proven track record in structuring multi-million health financing projects and initiatives across Africa and beyond
- Ability to prepare Board-facing materials, donor briefs, and operate within multilateral governance frameworks
- Strong project management skills
- Expert knowledge of English
