Key responsibilities & impact

Define and steward the Alliance’s vision, priorities and multi-year roadmap in alignment with Forum principles and the Digital Healthcare Transformation initiative.
Establish and oversee governance structures, and guide decisions on stakeholder engagement, partnerships, workstreams and outputs in response to evolving trends.
Serve as the senior point of contact for members and partners, ensuring trust, neutrality and value creation.
Oversee the development of high-impact outputs (e.g. reports, frameworks, convenings and pilots), ensuring analytical rigour, relevance and real-world application.
Monitor progress, manage risks and adapt priorities as needed.
Position the Alliance as a credible and trusted global platform, safeguarding the integrity and external narrative of its work.
Shape and steward a sustainable operating model, supporting strategic growth of membership and partnerships across regions.
Oversee funding agreements, budgeting and forecasting, and explore additional resourcing opportunities for long-term continuity.
Lead and develop the Secretariat team, establishing clear operating rhythms and ways of working across stakeholders.
Represent the Alliance in senior-level forums and global events, and support engagement with governments, multilaterals and system leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, in health, health policy, medicine, technology, business or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in healthcare, digital health, public policy, consulting or a related domain.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, alliances or platforms at regional or global level.
Strong understanding of virtual health, digital health systems and health technology ecosystems.
Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior leaders across government, industry and international organizations.
Experience influencing policy, system reform or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Exposure to international organizations or public-private collaboration environments is strongly preferred.
