Key responsibilities & impact

Designing and developing healthcare integrations
Implementing interoperability solutions
Reviewing interface specifications
Supporting testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and go-live readiness
Following FHA architecture and DevOps standards
Working with stakeholders including PMs and Business Analysts
Maintaining technical documentation and governance processes
Analyze existing BizTalk architecture
Design healthcare integration solutions
Develop and configure BizTalk components
Implement interoperability between: Meditech Expanse and PocketHealth Meditech Client Server and PocketHealth PocketHealth and Ministry of Health EMPI
Conduct testing and QA activities
Support UAT and production readiness
Maintain source code repositories
Produce technical documentation
Participate in project governance and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior Software Developer level experience (minimum 8+ years directly related experience or equivalent education/experience combination)
Hands-on development experience with Microsoft BizTalk (must have)
Strong working knowledge of HL7 v2 (mandatory)
Experience working on large healthcare integration projects
Hands-on experience with: .NET C# Visual Studio Azure DevOps (on-prem)
Experience with SDLC processes
Experience creating technical documentation
Experience collaborating with: Business stakeholders Project Managers Business Analysts
Experience in: Unit testing Integration testing UAT support Troubleshooting and debugging
