About the role

  • Operate, scale, and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • Manage and optimize AWS EKS and core AWS services
  • Support hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem)
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and monitoring
  • Troubleshoot complex system, container, and networking issues
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python preferred, Go a plus)
  • Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve CI/CD and reliability

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Kubernetes (production level) AWS EKS and core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, etc.)
  • Experience running Kubernetes in hybrid or on-prem environments
  • Strong Terraform experience (IaC)
  • Solid understanding of: Linux internals
  • Networking concepts (L4/L7, DNS, load balancing)
  • Containers and container runtimes
  • Strong scripting skills (Python required, Go is a plus)
