About the role
- Develop placement capacity infrastructure and interfaces within HSPnet, leveraging the placement Planning Tools developed in the Workforce Advisory Committees.
- Improve data availability and visibility placement need and capacity to improve coordination efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive plan following industry standard project management principles and processes that outlines deliverables and timeframes the improvement requests will be addressed in the system.
- Refresh HSPnet system user interfaces and functionality for improved user experience.
- Launch dashboard development and performance metrics.
- Design and deliver identified technical solutions to support placement coordination.
- Scope and recommend scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Proponents must confirm they have six years of recent experience doing similar work for other Health Authority/Health Organizations within BC.
- Successful Proponents will obtain, supply and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, facilities, permits, approvals and licenses necessary or advisable to provide the Services.
- Laptops and associated peripherals may not be provided.
- Successful Proponents will ensure that all persons they employ or retain to perform the Services are competent to perform them and are properly trained, instructed and supervised.
