About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
Architect tailored solution designs integrating with the Workiva Platform
Execute standardized solutions aligned with client and partner requirements
Build positive relationships with clients and partners
Complete dedicated training in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform
Mentor peers and Associates and support onboarding
Guide internal resources and contribute to product evolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions preferred
Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred
Consultant-level experience at a services company or public accounting preferred
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
Ability to manage multiple services
Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus
Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Reliable internet access for periods working remotely
