About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Utilize core learning principles and dynamic presentation methods to create and deliver high-quality training
  • Deliver materials and workshops across multiple platforms through in-person and virtual methods
  • Support primarily multiple North American time zones, locations, and languages based on demand and skillset
  • Lead full live training sessions and drive the coordination of all day-of delivery logistics
  • Partner directly with cross-functional SMEs to gather content tailored to the audience's expected level of knowledge
  • Actively participate in team and company meetings, maintaining regular communication with managers, team members, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years of group instructor, technical training capacity, or related experience.
  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Group training instructor, ideally working with Partners or software implementations, preferred
  • Possesses a strong investigative mindset with a drive to analyze existing training methodology
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and working knowledge of designing impactful, blended learning experiences
  • Experience with LMS systems and integrations
  • Natural ability to engage, lead, and build credibility with groups of various skill levels
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Critical thinker who can address questions on the fly
  • Self-motivated, action-driven, and highly self-sufficient in executing tasks
