About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery of contracted services to customers and partners, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to high-impact reality.
Perform deep discovery sessions to understand business requirements and create solution designs that achieve clear outcomes within the platform.
Directly interface with delivery partners, guiding them through complex architectural choices to protect solution quality and ecosystem readiness without taking over core partner ownership.
Participate in leading and mentoring peers as well as Associates, actively assisting with onboarding and driving ongoing internal training efforts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to validate scoping, showing the confidence to constructively challenge poor design choices from partners or customers to protect downstream stability.
Maintain and enhance advanced knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the platform through a strong commitment to ongoing training.
Integrate intelligent tools and AI-assisted workflows into your daily routine to minimise menial, repetitive admin tasks and focus on high-value advisory.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
4+ years of experience in a service delivery role, finance, audit, risk, sustainability, or a related platform delivery field.
Experience in SaaS, cloud technologies, or data architectures, with familiarity across ERP, GRC, or Sustainability technology platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a major plus.
Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement, alongside the ability to influence and drive change in business processes.
Experience working at a consultant level within a professional services company or public accounting firm.
Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
