Develop meaningful relationships with strategic partners and establish credibility as a trusted advisor and expert in Workiva’s solutions, value-based messaging, and industry subject matters
Work closely with partners to ensure their presales activities are aligned with Workiva’s corporate messaging and that partners are setting realistic expectations that will lead to ongoing customer success
Develop partner enablement content, repeatable scripts, videos, and guides that will provide a framework for partner demo certifications
Increase partner advocacy by demonstrating the value of the Workiva partnership to key partner personas including the executive suite, managing directors, solution architects, and other consultant roles
Collaborate with alliance directors and other internal stakeholders to drive the growth of partners’ Workiva-related revenue streams (implementations, advisory, new IP generation, managed service providers, corporate communications)
Provide support for technology partners, working closely with Alliances and Product Management
Specialize in Workiva’s GRC solution and gain high-level fluency in all Workiva solutions
Support partners in presales activities including innovation, solutioning, and demo enablement
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and develop repeatable materials and programs to scale partner success
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
6+ years of related career experience in a client-facing role (Big 4, Consulting, Presales or similar)
Working experience in the domain of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) (preferred)
Experience working in a large consulting/advisory firm (Big 4 or adjacent) (preferred)
Experience and proven success selling to and engaging with business leaders and executives
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills
Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures (preferred)
Experience with high level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API) (preferred)
Capability to gather business requirements and present a value based, compelling software demonstration (preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
Benefits
On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 151,000.00 - 246,000.00 USD Annual
Eligible for commission based on sales performance
