About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end design of sophisticated analytical frameworks
  • Act as a "data scout," identifying latent patterns and business risks before they reach the executive radar
  • Lead the design and evolution of our next-generation self-service data products
  • Craft and deliver compelling narratives to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Bridge the gap between disparate business units to create a "single source of truth"
  • Set the gold standard for data integrity, security, and documentation
  • Pioneer the adoption of new BI tools, ML integrations, and analytical methodologies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical role
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and how analytics drives business outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional data projects in the technology sector
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
