About the role
- Lead design strategy and execution for large, multi-product or multi-system initiatives.
- Define long-term experience vision, frameworks, and standards that scale across teams.
- Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Drive alignment across teams through structured facilitation, storytelling, and clear rationale.
- Mentor and coach designers across levels, helping them grow their craft, influence, and strategic thinking.
- Improve design quality, consistency, and efficiency through systems, tools, and processes.
- Advocate for customer needs through evidence, insights, and thoughtful design decisions.
- Demonstrate measurable impact on user outcomes, customer experience, and business results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex systems, end-to-end ownership, and high-impact work.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design, with strong fluency in design systems and accessibility.
