About the role

Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
Perform in depth analyses, understanding key operational metrics and drivers of those metrics.
Collaborate across different business stakeholders to enable data driven insights.
Build the next version of our self-service data products, delivering insights at scale.
Tell meaningful stories with data and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Assist data consumers and stakeholders, across very diverse business groups and geographies to understand what is possible with our data.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Executive Leadership Team.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security in the data products delivered.

4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role within the technology sector.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
Advanced analysis and data visualization skills and experience working with tools like Tableau, Quicksight, Superset, R libraries (e.g., dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr) or Python libraries (e.g., Seaborn, Matplotlib).
Knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) and ETL processes.
Expertise in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and causal inference.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Experience with data governance and management tools (Atlan, Alation).
