- Design, develop and improve software for business, platform, and technology capabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using programming languages and tools
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality
- Stay informed on industry technology trends and contribute to technology communities
- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing
Requirements
- Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday
- Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system)
- Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle)
- Talent development experience
- Workday accreditations/certificates (highly valued)
- Workday Pro accreditation (highly valued)
