Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the success of the commercial banking segment through market analysis, product development, sales and relationship management, risk management, and performance.
Execute market research to understand the competitive landscape and develop strategies to capture market share.
Develop pricing models for different products and services.
Manage key stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Monitor key metrics to assess the performance of the commercial banking segment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in managing a portfolio of technology change delivery work or a transformation programme
Experience in financial management such as forecasting, budgeting, tracking costs and benefits
Experience in bidding for funding and developing business cases
Analytical background and experience in reporting, with strong Excel skills
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
Change delivery frameworks - understand Agile Lab models, roadmaps, and productivity measures
Good communication skills
Knowledge of using JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, Consumer Duty, and data compliance requirements)
