Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Ability to define requirements, use JIRA, support feature teams, manage backlogs
- Proficient in SQL, HUE, Tableau and MS office tools
- Analytical skills and experience in using statistical analysis techniques
- Risk, control and governance awareness
- Experience in collaborating with other team members
- Stakeholder management across UK and India teams
- Strong customer journey mindset
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape
