About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and drive the innovation strategy for AI and Digital Design
- Set the HR AI and automation strategy
- Define and evolve the HR AI architecture
- Shape the AI vendor strategy for HR
- Act as a visible enterprise leader for AI in HR
- Build capability across HR and improve AI literacy
- Design and operationalise AI governance for HR
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of industry theories and practices
- Expert advice to senior functional management and committees
- Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and interpretative thinking
- Ability to manage a business function and multiple projects
- Ability to manage compliance with regulations and processes
- Familiarity with AI technologies and HR processes
