Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives within large programmes and cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Good influencing and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and support the delivery of shared business objectives.
  • Sound knowledge of acquiring and gateway products, including payments acceptance, regulatory requirements, and licensing considerations.
  • Experience supporting and delivering change initiatives, including product enhancements, process improvements, and operational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify opportunities, and drive resolution.
