Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives within large programmes and cross-functional environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and operational teams.
Good influencing and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and support the delivery of shared business objectives.
Sound knowledge of acquiring and gateway products, including payments acceptance, regulatory requirements, and licensing considerations.
Experience supporting and delivering change initiatives, including product enhancements, process improvements, and operational change.
Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify opportunities, and drive resolution.
