Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
Develop business requirements and solutions to address business problems and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Support creation of business cases and conduct feasibility studies to justify and test proposed solutions.
Support creation of reports on project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Create operational design and process design to ensure solutions delivered within agreed scope.
Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to embed solutions.
Work as a member of the Strategic Transformation & Change Team within IFC, reporting to the Head of Design Governance.
Requirements
Financial Crime Regulations and Typologies - Expertise in AML in the UK, understanding of regulatory expectations and enforcement trends.
Risk Governance and Control Frameworks Expertise - Ability to design, assess and enhance financial crime risk governance frameworks and processes.
Knowledge of financial crime systems and controls in relation to onboarding, screening and transaction monitoring.
Stakeholder Management & Communication - capable of influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical risk concepts into business-relevant language.
Knowledge of Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption controls.
Financial Crime Technology and Data Literacy.
Experience of transaction monitoring and machine learning supporting financial crime controls.
Change Management and Process Design experience.
