What you’ll need

Experience in development and implementation of Transaction Monitoring procedures and controls
Leading and influencing team management in a fast paced and regulated environment
Managing senior stakeholder relationships across BU’s and second line of defense
Ability to manage and accurately report KPI’s, SLA’s, quality and performance
Graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in spoken and written English
