Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
Continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Manage a business function and provide input to strategic initiatives
Train, guide, and coach less experienced specialists
Research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies
Define and track key quality metrics to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in designing and executing testing strategies
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes
Strong background in quality assurance and software testing methodologies
Ability to coach and mentor less experienced specialists.
Knowledge of industry technology trends and innovations.
