About the role

- Responsible for allocating resources across multiple projects and ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
- Manages the overall program budget and tracks the financial health of multiple projects.
- Measures success based on cumulative benefits delivered by all projects within the program.
- Deals with change at a macro level, ensuring cohesive management of changes across projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Evidence of successful project/programme delivery as a senior project manager/programme manager/VP level or equivalent.
- Operating at senior stakeholder management level as an effective communicator.
- Experience of complex cross-business, global delivery e.g. Groupwide not limited to local change.
- Experience at either financial services firm or big four consultancy.
- Financial crime experience.
- People management experience.
