About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong functional depth across multiple Workday modules.
- Experience in large‑scale implementations or complex multi‑module environments.
- Strong understanding of Workday’s data model, business processes, and architecture.
- Awareness of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) to support design decisions.
- Understanding of Workday security concepts and their impact on design.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
