AI Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
- Develop the product strategy and drive change through Barclays execution teams
- Make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers
- Develop customer level strategies & solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs
- Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team and guide stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor market trends and analyze feedback from internal employees and target customers
- Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments for products
- Monitor metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in product ownership and end-to-end product management, supporting delivery from concept through to implementation
- Great planning, organisational, and project management skills, including experience using Jira to manage backlogs and maintain product roadmaps
- Experience in sprint planning and agile delivery, ensuring effective prioritisation and execution of work
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans, priorities, and progress to a range of audiences
- Understanding or exposure to coding, Machine Learning, or AI concepts, supporting effective collaboration with technical teams
- Awareness of commercial considerations, with an understanding of how product decisions contribute to business value and outcomes
