About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise on and manage litigation, investigation & enforcement proceedings.
- Representation of the bank in legal proceedings such as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
- Develop and implement best practice legal strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working on financial services matters at a law firm and/or inhouse experience.
- Proactive, collaborative team player who is commercially aware.
- English-Qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with litigation and/or enforcement experience.
- 10 or more years of post-practice experience preferred.
