About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and improve software for business, platform, and technology capabilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to technical communities
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities
- Implement effective unit testing to ensure code reliability
- Advise key stakeholders and manage risks in relation to the team's work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday
- Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system)
- Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle)
- Talent development experience
- Workday accreditations/certificates
- Workday Pro accreditation
- Must possess technical skills relevant for risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology
