About the role
- To optimise and address Barclays 3rd party spend requirements.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs.
- Planning and execution of sourcing events including RFP/RFXs.
- Monitoring and guiding of controls and compliance requirements.
- Development, implementation and operation of policies and procedures for sourcing activities aligned to the policies.
Requirements
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, in particular with senior execs.
- Strong Negotiation Skills, and an ability to understand complex commercial models
- Ability to multitask & manage multiple complex projects.
