Requirements
- Experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles desirable but not essential
- Ability to influence senior HR leaders and ExCo
- Practical understanding of strategic communications channels and messaging
- Experienced in shaping and delivering people strategy recommendations
- Knowledge in risk and controls, change and transformation, and digital technology
