Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles desirable but not essential
Ability to influence senior HR leaders and ExCo
Practical understanding of strategic communications channels and messaging
Experienced in shaping and delivering people strategy recommendations
Knowledge in risk and controls, change and transformation, and digital technology
