- Design, develop and improve software for our customers and colleagues
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of knowledge sharing
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to tech communities
- Adherence to secure coding practices and implementation of effective unit testing
Requirements
- Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday
- Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system)
- Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle)
- Talent development experience
