About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with technology teams to optimise and improve IT service management processes
- Development of IT service processes, activities, delivery, and staff for a large IT function
- Communication of process changes and improvements to stakeholders
- Development of KPIs and analysis of data to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Identification and management of risk and control issues pertaining to Technology Standards and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise (modules, ACLs, workflows)
- Strong data management and MI reporting skills
- Agile Product Ownership experience
- Integration experience with CMDB, Product Lifecycle Catalogue, and ITOM Discovery
- Cost optimization and vendor management knowledge
