About the role
- Monitor quality standards and policies across all operational processes
- Collaborate with control owners for execution of Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA)
- Develop reports and presentations on control performance
- Execute on projects to improve control efficiency
- Support teams with incident management and controls testing
Requirements
- Foundational skill set in data analysis such as Python, SQL, SAS, or similar
- Ability to navigate large, messy datasets
- Willingness to develop automated, repeatable monitoring solutions
- Curiosity about using data to verify processes and systems
- Enthusiasm for learning how effective controls are created
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with scheduling or ETL concepts
