About the role

  • Manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, and resource requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met
  • Manage project teams ensuring they are properly resourced
  • Manage project budgets and create reports on project progress
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in SAFe and Agile frameworks
  • Advanced coaching capabilities including listening, observing, questioning, and effective feedback
  • Systems thinking with the ability to identify anti-patterns and systemic organizational issues
  • Data and flow-metrics proficiency (process efficiency, cycle time analysis)
  • Strong influence and stakeholder-management skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to create psychological safety and build trusted relationships
  • Cultural shaper with a proactive mindset toward organizational improvement
  • Ability to guide teams to maturity and support long-term transformational outcomes
