About the role
- Manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, and resource requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met
- Manage project teams ensuring they are properly resourced
- Manage project budgets and create reports on project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
- Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication
Requirements
- Deep expertise in SAFe and Agile frameworks
- Advanced coaching capabilities including listening, observing, questioning, and effective feedback
- Systems thinking with the ability to identify anti-patterns and systemic organizational issues
- Data and flow-metrics proficiency (process efficiency, cycle time analysis)
- Strong influence and stakeholder-management skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to create psychological safety and build trusted relationships
- Cultural shaper with a proactive mindset toward organizational improvement
- Ability to guide teams to maturity and support long-term transformational outcomes
