About the role
- To generate revenue and promote the bank's diverse Trade & Working Capital product and service offerings to various customer segments.
- Identify potential customers, analyse needs and preferences.
- Create detailed profiles for target customer segments to tailor sales approaches.
- Manage relationships with potential and existing customers through high-quality support.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals showcasing value proposition.
- Monitor lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ABL, leveraged finance, or structured lending
- Proven track record of originating and executing complex ABL transactions
- Strong understanding of receivables, inventory, and asset-based structures
- Excellent financial and analytical skills with experience of credit analysis and product specific due diligence and analysis
- Established network of corporate clients, sponsors, and intermediaries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive innovative solutions.
- Client first mindset
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
