About the role

  • To generate revenue and promote the bank's diverse Trade & Working Capital product and service offerings to various customer segments.
  • Identify potential customers, analyse needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed profiles for target customer segments to tailor sales approaches.
  • Manage relationships with potential and existing customers through high-quality support.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals showcasing value proposition.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in ABL, leveraged finance, or structured lending
  • Proven track record of originating and executing complex ABL transactions
  • Strong understanding of receivables, inventory, and asset-based structures
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills with experience of credit analysis and product specific due diligence and analysis
  • Established network of corporate clients, sponsors, and intermediaries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive innovative solutions.
  • Client first mindset
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
