About the role
- Manage and develop existing and new products
- Lead execution of strategies and deliver outcomes
- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks
- Monitor market trends and internal feedback to improve products
- Assess product performance against set goals
Requirements
- Experience with Product ownership from ideation to launch
- Driving product delivery and optimising development
- Commercial acumen; experience with data-driven decisions
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and management skills
- Solid experience managing digital change
- Experience working in a SAFe (or similar) Agile framework
- Knowledge of the UK Business Banking market, products, and services
- Experience negotiating with third-party partnerships
- Experience delivering across Mobile and Web channels
- Previous leadership experience
