- Provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders
- Implementation of Target Operating Model, business development, and financial resource allocation
- Strategic support to demand pipeline and book of work
- Support to operational efficiency and colleague/customer/client experience
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of all organisational/team requirements relating to technology
Requirements
- HR Business Partnering or similar stakeholder management roles is desirable but not essential
- Ability to influence senior HR leaders and ExCo
- Practical understanding of channels and messaging
- Experienced in shaping and delivering people strategy recommendations and projects
