About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be on-site two days per week to manage office operations
- Assist with basic book keeping and office administration
- Assist HR with new employee onboarding and internal employee communications
- Support management with scheduling resources and travel
- Other administrative duties as needed to support remote staff personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in an office, administrative, or HR support role
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Warm, clear communication style across written and async channels (email, Slack, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; familiarity with HRIS tools a plus
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential employee information
- Self-starter who manages priorities well without close supervision
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
