About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and maintain security documentation (e.g., visit requests, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, clearance tracking).
  • Support administration of government security systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS/eQIP, or related platforms).
  • Maintain accurate personnel security records and files.
  • Track compliance requirements and assist with audits or reporting as directed.
  • Prepare documentation and data for review by designated security authority (FSO/CSSO).
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into required systems.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for office communications (phones, visitors, general inquiries).

Requirements
