About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reactivate and scale paid social, Google, and CRM channels on the existing platform
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion through peak gifting seasons
- Extract maximum value from the large existing email audience through structured lifecycle programmes
- Build performance benchmarks and establish what actually drives acquisition, conversion, and repeat revenue
- Run rapid creative and messaging experiments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 to 8 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or subscription environment
- Experience driving acquisition through paid social and digital channels
- Ability to test underperforming funnels
- Comfortable moving at pace in undefined situations
- Ability to combine creative instinct with analytical discipline
- Genuine interest in preserving family stories and products about storytelling
