About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reactivate and scale paid social, Google, and CRM channels on the existing platform
  • Drive customer acquisition and conversion through peak gifting seasons
  • Extract maximum value from the large existing email audience through structured lifecycle programmes
  • Build performance benchmarks and establish what actually drives acquisition, conversion, and repeat revenue
  • Run rapid creative and messaging experiments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 to 8 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or subscription environment
  • Experience driving acquisition through paid social and digital channels
  • Ability to test underperforming funnels
  • Comfortable moving at pace in undefined situations
  • Ability to combine creative instinct with analytical discipline
  • Genuine interest in preserving family stories and products about storytelling
