About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy and delivery of one of the UK's most successful charity fundraising events
- Take strategic ownership of the Gala, leading its planning, delivery and future development
- Work closely with our volunteer Gala Committee, sponsors, donors, suppliers and senior colleagues
- Identify opportunities to grow income, strengthen partnerships, enhance the guest experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience leading high-profile fundraising, corporate or major events
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, sponsors and volunteers
- Confidence in managing complex projects, budgets and multiple priorities
- Passion for using events to inspire supporters and maximise fundraising impact
