About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of one of the UK's most successful charity fundraising events
  • Take strategic ownership of the Gala, leading its planning, delivery and future development
  • Work closely with our volunteer Gala Committee, sponsors, donors, suppliers and senior colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience leading high-profile fundraising, corporate or major events
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, sponsors and volunteers
  • Confidence in managing complex projects, budgets and multiple priorities
  • Passion for using events to inspire supporters and maximise fundraising impact
