Key responsibilities & impact

Take on operational and strategic responsibility for linkbuilding – working independently, in a structured, and results-oriented manner.
Independently book link placements with high-quality publishers
Daily publisher communication: initial and follow-up correspondence, negotiation, tracking
Publisher outreach: identify, contact and develop new publisher relationships
Maintain ERP system: document and keep all link and publisher data accurate and up to date
Quality assurance: review placed links for relevance, quality and KPI compliance
Create and maintain ranking reports
Publisher research: actively research new sources, niches and link partners
Continuously ensure the quality and freshness of the network
Prepare groundwork for new projects: analyze and compile publisher potentials for new clients
Deploy links strategically to match target pages
Actively support the development of internal processes and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in linkbuilding, outreach or SEO
Experience communicating with external partners or clients
Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix or Semrush is a plus – not mandatory
Structured, self-directed working style – remote work is not an issue for you
Very good German language skills (spoken and written); English is an advantage
Analytical thinking & affinity for numbers: you enjoy working with data
Willingness to learn & hands-on mentality: you are motivated, proactive and want to grow
