About the role
- First point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants on all matters related to leasing and contract terms — via telephone and at the on-site service center
- Documenting and maintaining tenant data in the system
- Collaborating with other departments to respond to inquiries
- Receiving telephone inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate contact within the company
- Preparing meeting rooms
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk / Property Management Specialist (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and WODIS
- Professional experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Patience and empathy
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
