💰 $80,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Assist in structuring and evaluating debt and equity for acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models under various capital stack scenarios.
  • Conduct financial, market, and valuation analysis to support property dispositions or partner-buyout scenarios.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities for financing, including third-party reports, underwriting materials, and data requests.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition and development teams on financing assumptions for new projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with affordable housing finance (LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HUD programs)
  • Exposure to property dispositions or real estate valuations
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, investment banking, acquisitions, or asset management
