About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside the Product and Engineering teams to validate requirements and identify risks.
- Create and execute functional, exploratory, regression, integration and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Validate complete user journeys and business rules.
- Create, maintain and evolve automated tests.
- Perform API and integration tests and support performance and reliability testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and quality culture.
- Leverage AI to support scenario creation, automation, failure analysis and efficiency gains.
- Actively participate in agile rituals, collaborating with the squad's ongoing evolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Test Analyst (QA) in software development environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation, including creating, maintaining and evolving automated test scenarios.
- Knowledge of functional, exploratory, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Experience validating complete user journeys and end-to-end business flows.
- Ability to assess usability, user experience and functional consistency of deliverables.
- Familiarity with performance, load and stress testing.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Go, TypeScript or C#
