About the role
- Create and document test scenarios (manual and automated)
- Critically evaluate product deliveries
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Execute functional and non-functional tests
- Support the development of projects and new products
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements
- Knowledge of testing practices and techniques (functional, non-functional, integration)
- Experience documenting test scenarios and test cases
- Ability to plan and define test estimates
- Experience with personnel/payroll and HR routines
- Experience with eSocial
- Willingness to share knowledge
- Strong programming logic
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of the WK Radar system
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- CTFL certification (Certified Tester Foundation Level)
