About the role

  • Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies,‬ ‭including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed‬ ‭decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
  • Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both‬ ‭business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and‬ accountability for projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of iOS development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
  • Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus.
  • Have published two or more iOS apps.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.
