About the role

  • Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Design and build highly available microservices and event-driven systems.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple Pods (mentoring, code reviews, design reviews).
  • Design and implement fullstack solutions (frontend + backend) in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in one or more: Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, C#, Node.js
  • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, Kafka/SQS, relational and NoSQL databases
  • Advanced React/Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript experience
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
  • Experience integrating with healthcare platforms (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, NextGen, Allscripts, PointClickCare, Veeva, Medidata) is a plus
