About the role
- Design and own backend services in NestJS and TypeScript
- Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment
- Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres
- Set and enforce quality standards across agent-generated and manually written code
- Collaborate with product teams on requirements before they become tickets
- Contribute to technical decisions across architecture, infrastructure, testing, and developer productivity
- Deliver high-quality systems at AI velocity while retaining full ownership of architecture, correctness, security, performance, and production reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of work experience with Development
- 3 years of work experience with Node.js
- 3 years of work experience with Typescript
- 3 years of work experience with databases
- 3 years of work experience with NestJS
- 3 years of experience in GraphQL
- 3 years of experience in Postgres
- Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows
- Able to use AI to speed up implementation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving
- English conversational skills rating
