About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the ad build queue, primarily on Meta, from intake through final delivery
- Prioritize incoming requests and manage deadlines
- Assign projects across the build team and monitor progress
- Perform quality assurance reviews on completed builds before launch
- Ensure campaign structures, naming conventions, and platform requirements are met
- Communicate status updates and launch readiness to stakeholders
- Partner closely with account leads and operations teams to maintain execution quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of Meta ad trafficking, building, or ad operations experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under deadline pressure
- Understanding of campaign structure and QA best practices
